HUNTER DOUGLAS MAKES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
Hunter Douglas Window Fashions, Upper Saddle River, NJ, has promoted Keith Garmyn to vice president of the Luminette Privacy Sheers® business unit. Garmyn joined the company in 1999, most recently serving as director of operations for the manufacturing group.
With his promotion, Garmyn replaces Timothy P. Daviau, who now assumes the role of vice president for the Silhouette® and Vignette® window shadings unit. Since joining Hunter Douglas in 1987, Daviau has held other important positions. For two years each, he was vice president of operations and director of manufacturing for the honeycomb business unit and also served as window fashions division director before that.
Daviau replaces Tim Turner, who is now product development team manager in the new products business unit. Turner previously held the positions of director of fabrication and technical services and director of the customer support group.
In a separate announcement, David Hagan has been appointed to the position of operations manager for Hunter Douglas Architectural Products Division in Norcross, GA. Previously, Hagan was vice president of operations for Synchroflo Inc., Norcross. As operations manager, Hagan will be responsible for manufacturing, planning, MIS, accounting and purchasing.
ADO APPOINTS TERRITORY MANAGERS
ADO Corp., Spar-tanburg, SC, an-nounces the addition of four territory managers.
Micah Lambert has assumed the territory of Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. Bill Lewis now heads the territory of Arizona, Southern California and parts of New Mexico. Tommy Tillotson has assumed the South Carolina and Georgia territory. David Yeager, formerly of the Arizona and Southern California territory, has assumed the territory covering the southernmost part of Florida including the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach areas.
