Clement Ramdin, formerly chief of operations for Lanscot-Arlen, New York, NY, has assumed the role of chief executive officer following a buyout of the company's assets and businesses by senior management and Equity Capital Partners, Atlanta, GA. Robert Woodcock, head of Lanscot's sales and marketing efforts, will assume the additional role of president. GULF COAST WINDOW COVERING PROMOTES VAN WART
Gulf Coast Window Covering, Houston, TX, has announced the promotion of Tara Van Wart to the position of director of training and education. She has been with the company for more than four years and has worked in several areas including customer service, internal sales and integrated database management.
In her new position, Van Wart will be active in developing and presenting all of Gulf Coast's training programs including the new Window Fashions Shoppe, Shutter Tech and Installers Certification Programs from Hunter Douglas Window Fashions.
