CONSO NAMES NEW TOP MANAGEMENT

Charles G. Vaughn has joined Conso Products Co., Union, SC, as president and CEO. Vaughn has held key management positions with Equality Specialties, Inc. (ESI), a leading manufacturer of trimmings to the decorative packaging and display market, and with Clevepak Corp. He brings an extensive background of domestic and international operations to his new post.

David Miley joins Conso in the newly created position of executive vice president. Miley was founder and served as president of KDM Management Services and vice president of operations for Western Reserve Products. He brings experience in manufacturing and business restructuring.

Cheryl Hyde has been named director of marketing, merchandising and product development for the Distributor and Manufacturing Business Divisions. Prior to joining Conso, Hyde was with The Felters Group and Carole Fabrics. Her 30-year career has been in the design, manufacturing, merchandising and marketing of home fashion products.

Margo Mize joins Conso as director of marketing, merchandising and product development for the Retail Business Division. Prior to joining Conso, Mize was director of marketing for One Price Clothing Stores, Inc. She has more than 20 years experience in marketing, merchandising and operations for the retail industry.


NICHOLSON, MCDONNELL PROMOTED AT ROLLEASE

Roger Nicholson has been appointed vice president, CFO of RollEase, Inc., Stamford, CT. He previously was director of finance/controller for the company. Nicholson has been responsible for all financial operations including the cultivation of key banking relationships and initiating systems for refining financial analysis, budgeting and cash management.

Terri McDonnell has been appointed vice president. She previously was senior director of product management and engineering (see D&WC, August 2003, page 18). McDonnell will continue to oversee the Product Management Group with individual project teams responsible for handling assignments from concept through commercialization.
