PAUL MOVES TO SUPERIOR
Vince Paul has joined Superior Shade & Blind Co., Inc., Pompano Beach, FL, as national accounts manager. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the window fashions industry to his new position at Superior. Most recently Paul was president of National Forest Products. Prior to that he was vice president of marketing for Joanna Window Coverings.
CHASE HEADS SALES AT WINDOW MODES
Robert Chase has been appointed national accounts sales manager for Elmsford, NY-based Window Modes, Ltd. He has more than 20 years experience in marketing, sales, management and training. Chase most recently was director of sales for JCPenney's Custom Decorating, Florida division.
SODERER, WARNS JOIN BREWSTER
Kendra Soderer has joined Brewster Wallcovering Co., Randolph, MA, as a sales representative for its West Coast team. She will service retail customers in the northern California Bay area. Soderer brings more than 18 years of sales experience to her new post. She has worked as a sales representative for a national wall covering distributor and for home decorating centers.
Dana Warns has joined the company's Midwest regional sales team where she will service customers in the southern Ohio area. Dana brings five years of sales experience and a background in interior design to her new position.
BTX SUPPLY APPOINTS KRAMER PRODUCT MANAGER
Robert Kramer has been promoted to product manager of BTX Supply, a sister company of BTX Window Automation, Dallas, TX. He will be responsible for all business aspects to develop this rapidly growing subsidiary of BTX Holdings.
BASS APPOINTED BURLINGTON HOUSE PRODUCT MANAGER
Burlington House Windows, a division of Burlington Industries, Greensboro, NC, announces the promotion of Myron Bass to the position of window product manager. His responsibilities will include product development for window treatments, packaging, outsourcing and overseeing the new marketing program.
Bass joined Burlington House in 1988 as an assistant account manager for windows and bedding. Most recently he was national account manager responsible for managing sales to Montgomery Ward for window, bedding and rugs as well as managing sales to Kmart for window treatments. Prior to joining Burlington House he was a buyer for Saxon Paint & Homecare Center in Chicago, IL, where he purchased hard and soft stock window treatments.

JUKI ANNOUNCES TOP EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONS
Tokyo, Japan-based Juki Corp. has announced the following management changes: Takeo Yamaoka, Juki president since 1983, has been named the company's chairman of the board.
In addition, Kazuyuki Nakamura, who joined the company in 1996 as a senior managing director, has been appointed president of the company. Also, Yasuo Sugihara, who has been with Juki for more than 30 years, has been promoted to managing director and executive division manager of the industrial sewing machine division.
