Chapter News • Delaware-WCAA has a new chapter in Delaware. Its first official meeting will be September 11 in Annapolis, MD. Book Signing Kitty Stein was available in the WCAA booth at the Pacific Home Fashion Fair in Las Vegas, NV. Several people stopped by to have Stein autograph her books. Stein is the newest member of the Board of Directors and is looking forward to helping WCAA expand its membership base to include more workrooms. With more than 22 years experience in the window coverings industry, Stein's presence will help the association address the needs of independent workrooms. Drapery Yardage Finder Available The WCAA announces the addition of The Drapery Yardage Finder to the list of educational and sales aids available to the window coverings industry. It is an easy-to-use, reliable guide to drapery and pleated valance yardage. It works with both plain and pattern-repeat fabrics, estimates for 45-, 48/50- and 54-inch fabrics with three choices of fullness for each size. The Yardage Finder also makes all seam, hem and heading allowances, so no calculations are necessary.
