It's a Whole New World!

You don't have to be too terribly involved in the Internet before you run across the term bandwidth. It refers to the amount of data that can be sent through a communications channel. Narrow bandwidth is bad. It restricts the amount and speed of information flowing from its source to end-users. Broad bandwidth is good. It means information flows back and forth freely and at high speed. At Draperies & Window Coverings we have just broadened the educational bandwidth with the creation and development of a new educational conference for retailers, designers, workrooms, fabricators and manufacturers unlike any other industry-related conference. This conference—D&WC: A Whole New World—is all about opportunities: opportunities to learn how to use traditional and new tools to build a better business and to compete in today's marketplace, and opportunities to focus on the new business models that are shaping today's economy.
