Earthtone Harmony

The rich, warm colors of the earth infuse modern-day interiors with a comforting appeal that transcends many decorating styles. From subtle monochromatic schemes to deeper hues that strike a note of drama, today's earthtone colorways provide a harmonious theme with which to compose high-fashion interiors.

Woodwinds[TM] wood alloy blinds from Comfortex are engineered to take the sun, heat and humidity, making them ideal for this bath setting. Made from a combination of real basswood and contemporary materials, Woodwinds are designed to last a lifetime. Here, the blinds provide the perfect complement to the desert colorways of surrounding tile.

This exotic treatment is created with Kirsch® Wood Trends[TM] Collection of drapery hardware. The distinctive mahogany pole, paired with antique brass fan finials, adds the final flair to tribal fabric and earthy desert tones. Kirsch mahogany wood blinds complete the stunning design.

This hobbled Roman shade in brightly-colored earthtones is fabricated using döfix iron-on lining 2014, RST pocket tape with PVC slats and Fixcord. The lining adds body to softer materials to ensure the folds stay even without any puckering or sagging. The shade is mounted with döfix iron-on loop fastener to the PVC mountboard and can be operated using the döfix clutch system or cord lock mechanism.

Lustrous natural fibers lend a unique beauty and character to this handwoven window coverings from Conrad. Shown is weave #221 in mulberry, one of Conrad's many offerings that weave natural grasses, reeds and fibers into stunning treatments that evoke images of nature.
