Hensler to Keynote WCAA Breakfast Symposium
William Hensler of Coopers & Lybrand will be the keynote speaker at the Second Annual WCAA Breakfast Symposium to be held from 7:45 to 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, 1996, at the World of Home Fashion show in Indianapolis, IN. Hensler is the managing associate of Coopers & Lybrand's Total Quality Management (TQM) consulting practice and is one of the leading experts in the United States in the field of TQM.

Total Quality Management is the method of increasing business effectiveness by looking not only at the quality of what a business does but also how it does it, and using techniques for the continuous improvement of customer-focused quality. Leading Fortune 500 companies have used TQM in redirecting the strategic management of their companies, and Hensler has worked with the top management of dozens of the most influential businesses and governmental organizations in implementing TQM concepts into their operations.

This will be a great opportunity to be introduced to TQM concepts and practices -- ideas that can significantly impact the management of any business.

The WCAA Breakfast Symposium is an industry event which combines the WCAA's annual meeting with a breakfast buffet, awards and recognitions as well as informative speakers. The event is open to all show attendees, however seating will be limited. Tickets can be purchased through the show registration.
