WCAA to Host Key Events
The WCAA will host several key events for attendees at the first World of Home Fashion show March 29 to 31, 1996, at the Indiana Convention Center and RCA Dome, Indianapolis, IN.
On Saturday, March 30, the Second Annual WCAA Breakfast Symposium will begin at 7:45 a.m., and at 4:30 p.m. the WCAA Open House & Forum will be held. These events are in addition to the Certified Window Treatment Consultant Program, which will be held on Thursday, March 28.
Open House to Feature Talk by Pinder
The WCAA Open House & Forum from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, at the Indiana Convention Center will begin with a free seminar by LaVelle Pinder. Pinder is owner of LaVelle Pinder Decorating in Austin, TX, and a nationally known speaker.
Pinder's talk, "Creating a Local Chapter," will discuss networking, how Austin retailers have benefited from joining together, and what it takes to make it happen.
All show attendees are invited to attend and find out more about WCAA and where it's headed, and to express your opinion on industry issues and business needs. This will be an ideal opportunity to network and to join in lively discussions.
The Window Coverings Association of America (WCAA) is the only national non-profit organization dedicated to the retail window coverings industry.
