NANIK NAMES MACDONALD GM
Nanik by Springs Window Fashions LP, Wausau, WI, welcomes Gary W. Macdonald
as general manager. He brings more than 21 years of progressive industry
experience in both commercial and residential interior finish products
to his new post.
Having a diverse background in sales, marketing and distribution, Macdonald
will lead the Nanik team in tightening its focus on building quality wood
blinds. His main goal at Nanik is to infuse forward thinking into the
existing marketing strategy. Initially, his focus will be to develop sales
and marketing programs to better support Naniks customers.
ROLLEASE NAMES DIRECTORS OF OPERATIONS, FINANCE
RollEase Inc., Stamford, CT, announces the promotion of Ann C. Schaefer
to the position of director of operations. Schaefer was previously the
director of materials management/production.
RollEase also announces the appointment of Roger J. Nicholson to the position
of director of finance/controller. Nicholson was most recently the group
controller at Circon Corp., the largest producer of medical endoscopes
and video systems with annual sales in excess of $150 million and established
sales and services in 67 countries worldwide. He has been responsible
for financial operations including the cultivation of key banking relationships
and initiating systems for refining financial analysis, budgeting, cash
management as well as domestic and international acquisitions.

ITA APPOINTS MASSENA REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
ITA, Inc., St. Augustine, FL, has appointed Karen Massena western regional
sales manager, covering a territory in which she has had extensive experience
as a sales executive.
Massena will assume primary responsibility for developing sales to window
coverings fabricators throughout the Western states and strengthening
the market exposure of several ITA exclusive products. She brings to her
position more than 25 years of experience in the window fashions industry,
including more than 17 years in retail sales. For 15 years, she owned
her own company, designing, selling and installing window coverings for
commercial and residential markets.
Coming to ITA from Levelor Home Fashions, Inc., where she was a district
sales manager, Massena has developed expertise in product training, new
product introductions, advertising, promotions and presentations.
WINDOW FASHIONS INC. NAMES NEW PRODUCT MANAGER,
SALES REP
Window Fashions, Inc., Cheswick, PA, announces the appointment of Jon
Cox as product manager of two-inch product fabrication. Cox brings with
him years of experience as a carpenter and construction company owner.
Also joining Window Fashions as sales representative for the state of
Michigan is Jack Nichols, who brings more than 30 years of experience
to his position.
