WCAA Open House The WCAA will hold a cocktail party and open house in conjunction with the Pacific Home Fashion Fair at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas, NV from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 1998. Board Meeting The WCAA will hold its semi-annual board meeting on August 14, 1998, in Las Vegas, NV. Among agenda items, the board will discuss the expansion of educational programs and updating the Certified Window Treatment Consultant Program. Also on the agenda will be expanding the benefits available to the membership as well as other issues that will help guide the association into the coming years. Members may bring issues to their regional directors in advance of setting the final agenda for the meeting.
