What makes a house a home are the people who dwell within. But increasingly, home owners desire to transform their homes into highly fashionable and highly functional havens-retreats away from the pressures of school, work and other outside activities. Today's homes are filled with quiet places to relax, places where family members can gather to discuss the day ahead or catch up on the one just passed.

When the popcorn is ready, gather the family in the media room to enjoy an action/thriller or a classy drama any time of day or night. Silhouette® Bon Soir[TM] from Hunter Douglas offers varying degrees of light control and features room-darkening fabric vanes that reduce transmission of direct sunlight by 70 percent. When the video is over, raise the window shading into its color-coordinated headrail to provide unobstructed outdoor viewing.

This family dines in style and privacy with the sophisticated döfix flat slatted Roman shade with sunburst bottom. The shade is fabricated using döfix iron-on lining 2014 and RST pocket tape with PVC slats. The lining adds body to any fabric to ensure a perfect looking shade without sagging. For the valance, döfix iron-on pinch pleat tape was used, while banding on the shade, panels and valance was applied using döfix Bortenfix iron-on hemming tape to assure pucker-free results.
