Interior fashions professionals gather in Toronto to establish profitable and creative links.

Staying connected was the theme of the Interiors Decor Showcase 1998, the fifth annual trade show produced and sponsored by the Walls Windows Furnishings Association (WWFA), Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and the Paint & Decorating Retailers Association-Canada (PDRA), Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The show was held February 21 to 23 at the Toronto Congress Centre. More than 140 exhibitors presented attendees with the latest styles, colors and fashions. Window treatments, hardware and accessories were well represented at the show along with fabric, wallpaper, paint, floor coverings, equipment and supplies, industry-related software and lighting. Completing the mix of product, social and educational opportunities was a schedule of informative seminars. The topics included business issues such as promoting design work, marketing a small business and diagnosing clients' tastes and biases. Other sessions covered design and color trends, motorization and skylights.
