Express Package Delivery Program Expanded
The WCAA Discount Express Delivery Program has been expanded to include not only next day/morning service but also next day/afternoon and second day service as well. Letters and packages of less than six pounds can be specified for delivery by 3 p.m. the next business day for rates lower than morning delivery. Packages of all sizes can be specified for second day service for even lower rates.
The exclusive member program, which utilizes one of the major overnight delivery services, includes free pickup and delivery, no minimum usage requirements, monthly invoicing and discounted rates for both international and domestic packages of all sizes.
In announcing the expanded program, Bill Nathan, WCAA executive director, said "I personally have found this program to be excellent. The overnight letter rate of $8.75 compares to $15.50 for Federal Express. And with no minimums, I use it only when I need it. Furthermore, members should keep in mind that if they need something in a hurry, they can use their account number, and their low rates, to have packages sent to them."
The Window Coverings Association of America (WCAA) is the only national non-profit trade association dedicated to the retail window coverings industry and to the dealers, decorators and designers who are its members.
