Truly Grand
Unique Wholesale opens new, larger facility.
Unique Wholesale Distributors, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, opened a new facility in Orlando in July to handle the needs of its growing customer base in the central portion and the northern east coast of Florida, the company announces. The additional facility was necessary for the convenience of its retail dealers because of the continued growth in the area, it adds.
The new facility features a service center and showroom, which is stocking hardware from Kirsch and Graber and trim from Conso for the trade only. The new facility is located at 10501 S. Orange Ave., Suite 124, Orlando, FL. It will be open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
GRAND OPENING
The facility’s grand opening event was truly grand: a weeklong open house celebration with daily seminars, food and prizes presented. Representatives from Unique Wholesale’s top supplers, Graber, Somfy, Phifer, Conso and Kirsch, spent the week educating retailers and installers on product features and sales techniques. Some seminars had standing-room-only attendance.
Food for the event was catered from local restaurants with wine served at dinner. The grand prize awarded was a 10-foot display unit valued at $3,800.
The service center will be used for seminars throughout the year. A motorization seminar was scheduled for August 22 to 24. |
