JO ANN BREZETTE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE FUND ESTABLISHED

Friends of Jo Ann Brezette have organized a medical assistance fund to help this well-known, 30-year window coverings industry veteran defray the costs of treatments and equipment necessary as a result of a vitreus hemorrage, which has caused the loss of sight in one eye and partial loss of sight in the other.

Brezette, who resides in Indianapolis, IN, has and will make multiple trips to Chicago, IL, to meet with a physician specialist with the experience to perform the surgeries she needs. She has already undergone four surgeries. In addition, she expects to need approximately $20,000 worth of special equipment to return to work reading, writing and preparing for teaching engagements.

Brezette’s friends and industry members have come together to help. Steve Beard serves as executive contact and Brezette’s sister, Kathy Brezette Wilson, has agreed to administer the funds and provide reports.

Monetary donations may be sent to: Jo Ann Brezette Medical Assistance Fund, Account #982333276, Kathy Brezette Wilson, 6325 Guilford Ave., Suite 206, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
