NORTHEAST CHAPTER HOSTS VENDOR SHOW
AND SEMINARS
The second annual Northeast Tabletop Show presented by the WCAA Northeast
Chapter will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 7 at the Royal
Plaza Best Western, Marlboro, MA.
Seminar options in the morning are Designing of Empire and Kingston
Valances by Beth Hodges, WCAA president, and Historical
Window Treatments by Amy Burton, WCAA Regional Director. Vendors
will present informational seminars throughout the day. The show will
be sponsored by DreamDraper.
Vendors and attendees may contact Kathie Faletra, (508) 435-6794,
for registration details. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. Seminars
will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. with the vendor floor opened from
11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Vendors will have the opportunity to demonstrate
their products in 20-minute informational presentations throughout
the afternoon.
A plated lunch will be offered for those who pre-register. There will
be door prizes. A portion of the proceeds from the show will be placed
into a scholarship fund.
INDIANAPOLIS CHAPTER PLANS MEMBERSHIP DRIVE
For its annual membership drive, the WCAA Indiana Chapter will sponsor
Jamie Gibbs, principal of the New York-based interior design firm,
Jamie Gibbs & Associates.
Gibbs will present a daylong window treatments seminar in Indianapolis.
His topics include window treatment trends, historic window treatments
and difficult windows.
The seminars will run from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on June 9. The cost
of attending is $99, which includes lunch. For more information, contact
