SALES MANAGER
This position is responsible for the Inside Sales function as well as our Outside Sales team currently covering territories throughout the eastern United States. The successful candidate will be an effective leader and able to communicate and work well with others. We are seeking candidates who possess: 5-10 years proven track record of success in outside business to business sales, strong experience leading and motivating a high performance sales team. Some travel will be required. Experience in the industry is highly desirable.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
This position is responsible for:

• Directing the daily production operations including the Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, Transportation, and Manufacturing functions to ensure timeliness and quality in meeting customer requirements

• Maximizing productivity and cost-effectiveness through production targets, objectives, and performance measurement systems

• Implementing systems for inventory management, waste/scrap management, quality control, cleanliness, safety, health, and environmental issues

• Oversight of the design, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and tools used in the production operation

• Hiring, administration, coaching, training, and development of the operations management team and staff.

• Resolution of both internal and customer related issues and ensuring seamless integration between Production and Customer Service.

• Developing and maintaining an effective system to handle communications and issues between the various production departments.

The successful candidate will be an effective leader and able to communicate and work well with others. We are seeking candidates who possess at least 10 years proven track record of success in manufacturing or operations management with at least 5 of those years at the Manager or Director level, education and/or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering discipline, and strong experience leading and motivating a high performance production team. Experience in the industry or a related field is desirable but not required.

Both positions require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change, and strong computer and administrative skills.
